Refund and Attendance Policy

Thank you for choosing to join one of my offerings.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, because many of my offerings have limited places and require preparation, the following refund policy helps me create a sustainable and fair experience for everyone.

Registration

Your place is confirmed once your payment has been successfully received.

Many of my offerings have limited availability to create a supportive and meaningful experience for everyone involved. By registering, you reserve a place that may no longer be available to others.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, please email me as soon as possible at karina@karina-ramirez.com.

For live online or in-person offerings, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for a credit toward a future offering, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, as well as missed sessions without prior notice, are generally not eligible for a refund or credit.

Requests made between 24 and 48 hours before the start time will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated for a specific offering, payments are generally non-refundable.

If I need to cancel or reschedule an offering and you are unable to attend the new date, you will have the choice of either:

• a full refund; or

• a credit toward a future offering.

If a specific workshop, course, or program has different cancellation or refund terms, those terms will be clearly stated on the relevant registration or sales page and will take precedence over this general policy.

Personal Responsibility

Participation in my offerings is voluntary.

You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and participation during and after any workshop, coaching session, circle, course, or other experience.
