Prices are displayed before purchase and are subject to change. Any changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

Online Workshops and Sessions

For online sessions, participants are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection and the necessary equipment to participate.

Workshop links and access information are intended only for the registered participant and should not be shared with others unless explicitly permitted.

Creating a respectful, safe, and supportive environment is important. Participants are expected to engage with kindness, respect, and consideration toward themselves and others.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, online workshops, live sessions, and reserved participant spaces, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the following terms.

Once a purchase has been completed, a participant may request a cancellation by contacting me at karina@karina-ramirez.com.

For cancellations made before the start of a live workshop, group program, or scheduled session, a refund may be provided at my discretion, taking into consideration any preparation, administration, or resources already provided.

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session or program after it has started, refunds cannot generally be provided. However, participants are encouraged to contact me, and I will do my best to find a reasonable solution where possible.

By purchasing a service that begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request that the service begins immediately. You acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal may no longer apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

You acknowledge that your participation in workshops, coaching sessions, and educational experiences is voluntary.

You are responsible for your own decisions, wellbeing, and personal application of any insights, exercises, or practices shared during these experiences.
